We are looking for an accounting professional who is very methodical, well organized and with good analytical skills, to fill a vacancy for an accounts and HR assistant.

Job Tasks

  • Manage petty cash
  • Write and file payment vouchers
  • Track accounts payable and arrange payments
  • Track employee attendance and leave utilization
  • Calculate salary and overtime payments
  • Calculate and remit EPF and ETF payments
  • General bookkeeping and filing

Eligibility Requirements

  • Professional accounting qualification or part-qualification from a recognized institute
  • At least 2-years of work experience in a post with similar responsibilities
  • Familiarity with MS Outlook and Excel, including use of Excel formulas
  • Experience in using QuickBooks or a similar accounting software would be an advantage
