Eligibility Requirements NVQ Level 3, equivalent or higher qualifications in electronics. Solid understanding of fundamental electrical and electronic principles. Ability to understand circuit diagrams and use oscilloscopes and other test equipment. Should be skilled at replacing SMDs and able to work methodically and independently. Experience in repairing class AB and class D amplifiers, switched-mode power supplies and microprocessor-controlled equipment including AV receivers, would be an advantage.
