The Audissey Story

Audissey Custom AV Solutions (Pvt) Ltd was incorporated in December 2010, but had its roots established as far back as 1996 in a company called Megatronics, which operated from Dutugemunu Street, Kohuwala.​​

Our vision at ​Audissey from inception has been to become the most trusted and customer focused AV systems integrator and consultant in Sri Lanka. Over the past ten years, we have worked quietly and diligently towards this goal, one project at a time.​​

Today, we are sought after by discerning corporate and private clients who value our meticulous planning, high standards of workmanship and close attention to detail through every phase of a project.

Planning
& Design

We start by listening to you, to fully understand what your objectives and expectations are.

We collaborate with your architect and interior designer, to ensure that our solution will meet not only your functional and ergonomic needs, but your aesthetic requirements as well.

Once we have all the required info in hand, we design a system just for you, to fulfill your dreams of sound and vision.

Sourcing
& Supply

Once the design is finalised, we match the exact equipment and accessories needed.

If the design calls for items that we don’t carry stock of, we source worldwide as well as from local suppliers, to ensure a cost-effective solution that meets your precise needs.

And where required, we also custom-build… speaker systems, AV furniture and acoustic treatment panels.

Installation &
Commissioning

We offer total solutions with cabling and installation, carried out to the highest possible standards.

For systems which require network support for configuration, control and streaming, we will work with your IT personnel to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

Where new data and WiFi networks are required, we are happy to provide same.

Maintenance
& Support

Systems which are supplied and installed by us carry a comprehensive 2-year on-site warranty, with options for service contracts thereafter.

Online and phone support is available 7 days a week, with action taken promptly for problems which cannot be solved remotely.

Our service centre is geared to maintain all equipment that we sell, with commonly needed spare parts held in stock.
