Job Tasks

  • Handle and document petty cash disbursements and reimbursements
  • Accept and document incoming deliveries from local and foreign suppliers
  • Track accounts payable and make payments via cheques and online transfers
  • Calculate, document and remit EPF and ETF payments
  • Maintain the employee leave register
  • Calculate payments to staff and subcontractors
  • Handle communications and interactions with relevant government departments

Eligibility Requirements

  • AAT / CASL / CIMA part or equivalent qualifications
  • At least 3-years’ work experience in a post with similar responsibilities
  • Familiarity with MS Office apps including Outlook and Excel
  • Experience in using QuickBooks or a similar accounting package would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of import and customs clearing procedures would be an advantage
