Job Description
Filing clerk required on a part-time basis. The selected candidate would need to go through financial accounts related documents dating back several years and ensure that they are separated and filed correctly in chronological order. Files would need to be labeled clearly indicating their contents. A register would need to be created and maintained using MS Excel.
Eligibility Requirements
The ideal candidate would have at least basic financial accounting qualifications and be employed full-time in a related role and looking to earn a little extra money working on weekends.
Experience in document filling is essential. Experience in working with auditors would be an advantage.
Be conversant with Microsoft Excel. Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting apps would be advantageous.

Working Hours and Remuneration
Workdays are Saturdays and/or Sundays. Working hours are flexible but need to be discussed and agreed to in advance.
Remuneration will be calculated on an hourly basis and paid weekly. Please indicate expectations when applying.
