Audissey is a specialist in AV system design, installation, and maintenance – trusted by discerning clients across Sri Lanka for reliable, high-performance audiovisual solutions. We’re inviting a hands-on electronics enthusiast to join our team as a trainee technician and master the art and craft of repairing and servicing audio and video equipment. Training will include structured theory sessions alongside guided practical work. Depending on your interests and strengths, you’ll have the flexibility to work in our workshop, out in the field at customer sites, or a mix of both.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with the intake of faulty equipment at our service center, including initial testing, confirming customer-reported issues, and preparing job documentation
- Carry out fault diagnosis, repair, and routine servicing of audio and video equipment under senior supervision
- Learn troubleshooting techniques and maintenance workflows for both workshop and on-site environments
- Maintain an organized and efficient workplace while ensuring service records are accurately updated
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for electronics and AV technology
- NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualifications in electronics
- Solid understanding of basic electronics theory, components, and circuits
- Skilled in soldering and desoldering, especially surface-mounted components
- Willingness to learn and take initiative, paired with strong communication and teamwork skills
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
