Product Overview
The AUDAC ATEO6M is a premium 6″ surface-mount loudspeaker designed for fixed indoor and outdoor installations where high-quality music reproduction, clear speech and discreet architectural integration are required. Typical applications include hotels, restaurants, retail spaces, corporate environments, clubs and residential installations.
A 6″ mid/low-frequency driver and 1″ dome tweeter provide a wide, smooth frequency response, with 120° horizontal and vertical coverage for even sound distribution. The loudspeaker handles 60W continuous AES power, 120W programme and 240W peak, and can operate directly from an 8Ω amplifier output or from 70V/100V distributed loudspeaker systems using its built-in transformer.
AUDAC’s CleverMount+™ mounting system integrates the loudspeaker connection and wall bracket into a clean installation with no visible wiring at the rear. Screwless WAGO spring-cage terminals accept cable up to 4.0mm², while an externally accessible power-tap selector simplifies commissioning and later system adjustments.
For demanding outdoor applications, the ATEO6M has an IP66-rated weather-resistant construction with an aluminium grille, hydrophobic cloth, UV-resistant ABS enclosure and marine-grade build quality. AUDAC also specifies a 720-hour salt-spray test.
