Product Overview

The Bose S1 Pro+ is an all-in-one portable PA system built for performers, presenters, and small event organizers who need professional-grade sound without hauling separate speakers, mixers, and amplifiers. It works equally well as a floor monitor, a practice amp, a standalone Bluetooth speaker, or a full small-venue PA — covering audiences of up to roughly 50 people.

A 150W internal amplifier drives four speakers — one 6″ long-throw woofer and three 2.25″ high-frequency drivers — delivering a frequency range of 62Hz to 17kHz across wide 120° horizontal by 50° vertical dispersion. Built-in position sensors and Auto EQ automatically detect how the system is oriented — placed vertically, tilted back, laid horizontally, or mounted on a standard 35mm speaker stand via its integrated stand mount — and adjust the sound accordingly for consistent performance in any setup.

Onboard is a 3-channel mixer: two full-featured channels for live speech or musical performance (each with combo XLR/¼” inputs), plus one channel dedicated to prerecorded material via Bluetooth streaming or a wired ¼” TRS/3.5mm connection. Bose’s ToneMatch signal processing automatically optimizes the sound of whatever is plugged in — vocal mic, acoustic guitar, or other instrument — while onboard reverb and EQ are adjustable per channel through the Bose app. An XLR balanced line output allows the system to feed a subwoofer or additional PA gear for larger setups.

The S1 Pro+ also supports optional Bose wireless RF transmitters (sold separately) for mics or instruments, which store and charge directly inside the speaker enclosure when not in use — removing the need to carry separate charging gear. A built-in lithium-ion battery delivers up to 11 hours of runtime at moderate volume, or up to 5 hours at full volume during live performance, and the system’s universal power supply (100-240V) allows it to run in most regions worldwide when plugged in.
