What You’ll Learn
You’ll receive training and gain hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas, based on your interests and abilities:
- Servicing, testing, and demonstrating audio and AV equipment
- Laying cables for AV, PA, CCTV, and data networks
- Installing and maintaining AV, PA, CCTV, and network equipment
- Assembling audio cables to customer specifications
- Fabricating custom-designed speakers and acoustic panels
What We’re Looking For
School-leavers and other young people – male or female – who are:
- Technically inclined and comfortable with hands‑on work
- Methodical and responsible
- Eager to learn and willing to take guidance
- Able to communicate clearly and work well with others
- Comfortable using online tools for documentation, research, and communication
Prior experience — whether formal or self‑taught — is welcome but not required. School projects, hobby builds, or personal experiments all demonstrate initiative.
Working Hours and Remuneration
Working hours are 9 to 5, Monday to Friday. A monthly stipend of LKR 15,000 to 20,000 is provided during the initial training period. Those who show consistency, growth, and responsibility will be offered long‑term technical roles suited to their strengths.
